اللحام بالخلط الاحتكاكي و استخداماته  

هدفت الحلقة النقاشية الى استعراض عملية اللحام بالخلط الاحتكاكي و استخدامها في معالجة السطوح للمواد بحيث  تعمل هذه الطريقة على تحويلها الى مواد مركبة . كما تم شرح العوامل الرئيسية المؤثرة على هذا النوع من عمليات اللحام و ابراز الايجابيات و السلبيات مع توضيح المحددات التي تواجه هذه الطريقة من اللحام . ومن اجل ابراز الموضوع بالشكل المتكامل تم بيان عيوب هذه الطريقة اذا ما قورنت بالطرق الاخرى ومدى فاعليتها في التطبيقات الصناعية او في حال استخدامها في عمليات الانتاج .

Mixture welding and its uses

 

The seminar aimed to review the process of welding in the mixing of friction and its use in the treatment of surfaces of materials so that this method to convert them into composite materials. The main factors affecting this type of welding were also explained and the pros and cons were highlighted and the parameters of this method of welding were clarified. In order to highlight the issue in an integrated format, the disadvantages of this method were shown when compared to other methods and their effectiveness in industrial applications or in the case of use in production processes.
